By accessing and using LekhaPatra's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

LekhaPatra provides a comprehensive restaurant and tea shop management platform designed for businesses in Nepal. Our service includes order management, inventory tracking, analytics, staff management, and digital receipt generation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

We offer a 7-day free trial period at no cost. During this period, you have full access to all features. No credit card is required for the free trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or according to your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change with notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees.

Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. Please review our separate Refund Policy for complete details. The 7-day free trial is provided free of cost with no obligation.

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the system. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

All content, features, and functionality of LekhaPatra are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without express written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

LekhaPatra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You are strictly prohibited from sharing, sublicensing, or providing access to LekhaPatra to any competitor or third-party entity without prior written consent. Your subscription is non-transferable and granted solely for your own internal business use.

LekhaPatra provides a mechanism for VAT/PAN-compliant bill generation. However, XGen Solutions Private Limited does not verify or monitor VAT/PAN compliance. It is solely your responsibility to ensure your VAT/PAN registration is valid before issuing bills.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
